Your mission:

  • Prepare sport surfaces through cleaning, crack repair, and surface preparation
  • Apply professional color coatings and surface systems
  • Install accurate game lines and markings for recreational surfaces
  • Assist with maintaining equipment and ensuring jobsite safety

Your profile:

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Experience in construction, coatings, or pavement work is a plus
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

This role involves concrete preparation, coating installation, and finishing high-performance flooring systems that protect and enhance concrete surfaces.

Your mission:

  • Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding and cleaning
  • Apply decorative finishes such as flake, metallic, and quartz systems
  • Maintain quality control to ensure durable, professional results

Your profile:

  • Experience with coatings, flooring, or construction trades preferred
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to operate equipment and follow safety procedures
  • Ability to lift materials and work on hands-on projects
